Creamy Potato Soup is something that my mother Linda always made for me when I was a child…

Traditionally,  we would eat it while watching one of the Christmas shows that came on only once a year like Frosty, Rudolph or Charlie Brown Christmas.  Other times, mom would make it without our asking when we were not feeling well and needed some TLC!  It was always made and served with love and one of the many fond food memories I have of growing up surrounded by orange groves in Weirsdale, Florida.
